BannerWomen Demographic Survey

The reason the BannerWomen network is so effective is because we strive to include quality websites which- regardless of who owns or runs them, attract a female audience which is 80% or more of their total traffic. Websites with a female demographic networking with other websites with a female audience means greater exposure and traffic for all.

It is not always obvious if your website attracts a demographic of 80% or more female users, which is required to qualify for our program. Many cases are obvious- for example, a website focused on breast cancer will likely meet our 80% standard. So would a site focused on providing resources to moms, or one that sold women's fashions. Other cases are not so obvious. If your site falls into this category, you will need to demonstrate your demographic in some other, more concrete way - through guestbook entries, your own survey results, overall activity of a message board are possible methods. If you have none of these available, you might want to post the below survey for a month so we can establish some basis for your site qualifying. The brief form will be voluntary for your users and a link to it (or the form itself) should be posted in a prominent place, such as your home page, in order to get the best chance for voluntary responses.

You must notify us that you will be running this temporary survey and responses to that survey will come directly to BannerWomen and routed to a special response email box set up for you. When we receive either 100 responses or 5% of your estimated pageviews per month (whichever is greater), we will tabulate the results and let you know. Obviously a lack of significant responses will unfortunately mean that we can not determine your qualification for our program at this time.

We have placed the very brief survey form code below that you can place either on its own HTML web page (and then provide a prominent link so users can find it) or you can paste this code into an web page document as is.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.

Simply cut and paste the code below to your HTML page(s) and replace yourname with your real name, youremailaddress with your own email address and replace yourwebaddress with your own URL address:

Note: remove "ouremail.com" above and change to bannerwomen.com. We have the fake email address there so spamming software won't grab our valid email for their database :))

How will that look on your page? Something like this:
